Sweet Stuff MENU

Offering a variety of cupcake flavors that are available as custom orders with a minimum quantity of 12 per flavor for standard size and 24 for minis.  These can be themed or designed as needed.  I will work with you to help create what you are looking for.  See CUPCAKES page to see flavor ideas and descriptions.  I'm always adding or modifying flavors so it is not limited to this list.  If you have your own idea, we can work through it.  Please contact me to discuss flavors and customization options.  

Cupcakes are also often available as a batch offering as I tend to make extras from custom orders.  I, also, just like to have some on hand for you all to get your sweet tooth fix!  This gives you a chance to taste a variety of flavors without a full custom order commitment.  Flavors do rotate for each batch offered and will be listed on my site for you to choose from on the OFFERING NOW page when available. 

Cakes are available as Custom Orders - Please contact me to discuss details and calendar availability.  I will gladly work with you to help create what you are looking for.  You can browse through my CAKES page to see cake options for inspiration/ideas or feel free to send me your own ideas!  Please note that I primarily work with buttercream and not fondant based designs.  Custom cake orders are by appointment only as I do not offer ready-made cakes unless specifically listed on my offering now page.

A giant chocolate chip cookie in the form of cake!  Crispy edges and soft, chewy centers all topped with buttercream - this cookie cake is a great way to celebrate special occasions (especially for those who aren't fond of cake).  Cookie cakes are available as custom orders.  11 inch round, 10 inch square, or 12 inch square sizes are available.  I can add colors or themes to meet what you are looking for.

Tres leches means "three milks" in Spanish, and that's exactly what's in this classic dessert. Soaked in three different milks—evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream—this vanilla based cake is a sweet and airy sponge cake that you will love. 

Tres Leches cakes are available as custom orders .  8 Inch Square and 13 x 9 Sheet sizes are available.

Cuban pastries (known in Spanish as pastelitos) are baked puff pastry-type pastries filled with sweet or savory fillings. Traditional fillings include cream cheese and guava.  Minimum 12 count for custom orders.

Cake truffles (aka Cake balls) is a ball that's made of cake crumbs and frosting that is dipped in chocolate. Cake truffles are often topped with sprinkles or other fun toppings.  These are available for custom orders with a minimum quantity of 12 count.  Flavors options are similar to cake flavors available with some limitations.

These are brownies or cookies that are cut into individual portions for easy serving.  Great for events or to add variety to a dessert table.  These are available for custom orders with a minimum quantity of 12 count.  There is a smaller "bites" version available as well with a minimum of 24 count.

 A cream pie is a type of pie filled with a rich custard or pudding that is dairy based and typically has a whipped cream topping.   Pies are available for custom orders.  9 inch round and 13 x 9 sheet sizes are available.
